Techzone
The Airlock Techzone is the central hub for all support-related matters. With its articles, FAQs, downloads, and more, it serves as the knowledge base for all Airlock partners and customers.
Information and mailings about new Airlock releases, add-on modules, and hotfixes are published and made available for download in the Techzone.
In addition, the Airlock Techzone provides access to the online ticketing tool for extended support.
On-Call Services
For planned interventions outside of business hours – for example, during go-lives or critical updates – an Airlock engineer can be made available on call. This ensures that any issues can be addressed quickly and with the necessary expertise.

24/7 Support
24/7 support ensures continuous availability, allowing urgent issues to be resolved quickly at any time of day. This helps protect critical systems from prolonged downtime and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements where applicable.
Extended Support
Ergon guarantees maintenance for officially released versions. If a version is no longer covered by regular maintenance, Extended Support can be obtained.
This includes:
- The ability to continue creating support tickets and receiving assistance
- Active monitoring of supported Airlock components for critical security vulnerabilities
- Access to bug fix releases for versions that are no longer in standard support
Project requests – When it gets more complex
More complex requirements are handled as part of dedicated projects. Airlock has a specialized team with extensive security and Airlock expertise for such requests. Typical topics include:
- Consulting on workflow design
- Development of custom plugins
- Reviews of existing Airlock configurations

How to open a Support Request
Support tickets are created directly in the ticketing tool (Jira). A verified Techzone account is required for access.
