Airlock Techzone Registration

A Techzone account offers users the following benefits:

  • Access to the knowledge base, including descriptions of known issues
  • Downloads of the latest versions of the Airlock Secure Access Hub components
  • Ability to open support tickets for technical issues

To register as a Techzone user, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the following link: techzone.ergon.ch/auth/ui/app/registration/select/flow/self-registration-techzone
  2. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
  3. Fill in all mandatory fields
  4. Your request will be reviewed by the Airlock team for validity (processing time: 1–2 business days)
  5. Once approved, your account will be activated, and you will be notified by email.
