    How is your personal data processed?

    Personal data provided in connection with an Airlock Academy training and/or the access and use of Airlock Academy online labs may be processed by Ergon Informatik AG in accordance with its privacy policy and by the following selected third-party providers in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.

    Please note that, dependent on the training, possibly only a subset of the listed providers is used.

      • Training organisation (e.g., registration to the Academy lab environment)
      • Training participation (e.g., login to the Academy lab environment)
      • Certification exams (e.g., processing of exam answers)
      • Integration of services by third-party providers

      Required for online self-learning:

      • Monitoring of online lab usage and lead generation
      • Integration of services by third-party providers

      Optional feedback:

      • Improvement of trainings, products and documentation (e.g., collection of participant feedback)

      We highly value participant feedback and appreciate suggestions, ratings, and improvement ideas. Providing feedback is entirely optional. If you do not wish to provide feedback, you may simply ignore related questionnaires or questions.

            Further processing

            Certain data may be transferred to Ergon systems for further processing where necessary. For example, logged interaction and usage data may be analysed to investigate technical errors and improve platform stability. Participant feedback may also result in the creation of internal feature requests or documentation improvements.
