Summary
ITV approached us to design the new iteration of ITV Player. The challenge was to deliver a solution that was both best practice and market leading. We worked with ITV’s brand team to deliver the project on time and on budget.
Details
This was a multi-stage project with a heavy focus on UX and design. The first stage of the process was to get under the skin of ITV, its channels and its approach to broadcast. We worked through IA developing a 2 stage approach to implementation which allowed us to get a new vastly improved version of the service up sooner, with a more function rich service to follow in an iterative manner. This approach also allowed us to test and learn and adjust second phase design accordingly.
