The new BBC digital rosters are announced this week and we've been appointed to not one, not two, but three of them. By our count we're one of only two agencies who have been selected by the BBC to work across three rosters. A huge congrats to everyone involved.

Nokia have taken on London based, creative digital agency Airlock to deliver an online engagement programme for retail and call centre staff across all their distribution networks. Nokia awarded the business after a seven way pitch. The activity will centre around an engagement hub that will deliver rewards to retail and call centre staff based on engagement levels around the brand.

Haud awee and prog at our new Ulster Scots website for the BBC. The site functions as an archive and platform for speakers of the wonderful Ulster Scots dialect. It includes a word of the day section and an A-Z of key Ulster Scots words and phrases. Users can now create their own personalised dashboard for their favourite features.

Over the last six months we have redesigned and developed www.westminster.gov.uk. The new site makes it easier and faster for people to access information and online services with a focus on internal search and new features including a map search tool and an events calendar. The project, which has been delivered six months ahead of its original 2010 deadline, involved the cleansing of 1,000 pages from the site to create clearer user journeys.

Genes Reunited, new site launched

We have just launched our new site for Genes Reunited. The new site is designed to make family history easier and more accessible for people of all ages with contextual tips now placed around the site as well as video footage and photography to help people picture the lives of their ancestors. The underlying challenge was to broaden the appeal of the site to a wider audience while still making existing users feel like they were in the same place. Genes Reunited is the UK’s biggest genealogy site, with over 9 million registered members – one in four of the UK’s adult online population. Its archives include over 650 million individual names, with a new one added every second.

We're working on a new multi-platform project with Channel 4 Education and Raw called Battlefront. Battlefront aims to help young people get their voices heard as they campaign about issues they really care about.
